Privacy
This page describes what AlyticMind collects through alyticmind.com, why, how long it is kept and who else touches it. It covers the website only. When you become a customer, the handling of the data inside your own deployment is set out in the contract for that project.
Who is responsible
AlyticMind, Slovenia, is the controller for the data described here. Write to [email protected] with any question about it, including a request to delete something.
What the contact form collects
The form sends six fields: your name, your company or industry, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, what you need, and your message if you write one. It also sends the page you sent it from and the language the site was in, so we can reply in the right one.
We ask for these because we cannot answer an enquiry without a name and a way to reach you. An email address or a phone number is enough — you choose which — and the company and message fields are optional. There are no hidden fields that collect anything else.
Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where an enquiry does not lead to a contract, we keep it under our legitimate interest in answering and following up on business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Retention: enquiries are deleted 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract has started, in which case the project records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
What the website measures
Page views are counted with Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores no personal data and does not follow you across sites. It records the page, the referring source, the country, and the browser and device type in aggregate.
Five interactions are counted as events, with no content attached: a form submission, a WhatsApp click, a phone click, a demo call click and a language switch. The event records that it happened, never who did it.
Lawful basis: legitimate interest in understanding whether the site works (Article 6(1)(f)). Because no cookie is set and no personal data is stored, there is no consent banner.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of this website, the server logs that come with that, and the function that receives the contact form. Cloudflare, Inc., with EU data processing terms in place.
- Plausible Analytics — page and event counts, hosted in the EU.
- Resend — the service that delivers your enquiry to our mailbox as an email. It processes what you typed into the form only in order to send that one message. Resend is operated by Plus Five, Inc.
- Telegram — a copy of the enquiry is also sent to a private chat so that we see it without delay. Telegram Messenger Inc. receives the same fields as the email.
- Meta Platforms Ireland — only if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp. That conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms, and we have no way to change them.
- Our email provider — if you write to [email protected], that mail is stored in the mailbox until it is deleted.
- Google and AI model providers, including Anthropic, are processors inside customer deployments, not on this website. They receive nothing from this page. Which of them a project uses is named in that project’s contract.
What we do not do
There is no advertising pixel on this site, no remarketing tag, no chat widget, no social embed and no font requested from a third party. Nothing you type is stored anywhere except in the enquiry itself, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have its use restricted, receive it in a portable form, or object to our using it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner — Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, ip-rs.si.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not change it quietly.
