Terms
These terms cover work AlyticMind agrees with a customer. Anything specific to a project — scope, price, dates — is written in the quote for that project, and the quote wins where the two differ.
Quotes and price
Every quote is a fixed price for a written scope. It does not drift, and it holds for 30 days. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts, never added to an invoice afterwards.
Prices on this site are stated without VAT and are a starting point for the scope described. The quote is the binding figure.
Payment
Half on acceptance of the quote, half once the system is running on your infrastructure and you have confirmed it works. Invoices are due in 8 days. Optional monthly maintenance is billed monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any month.
Delivery
Typical delivery is five to seven working days from the deposit, and one to two weeks for larger builds. That clock depends on getting the access and the answers we ask for; where those are late, the date moves by the same amount and we say so at the time.
Launch price
A new product is offered to its first five customers at half the regular price. In exchange, that customer gives us a written review and permission to describe the project publicly, with anything commercially sensitive removed at their request. After the fifth customer, the regular price applies.
What you own
The deployment is yours: it runs in your account, on your infrastructure, under your password, and it keeps running if you stop working with us. Your data and your configuration are yours outright.
The underlying tooling, source patterns and libraries that AlyticMind reuses across customers remain ours. You get a perpetual right to run, modify and keep the system delivered to you; you do not get the right to resell it as a product.
Things outside our control
These systems talk to platforms we do not own — Google, Meta, Telegram, telephony carriers and AI model providers. Their prices, limits, policies and availability can change without notice. Where a change breaks something we built, we will say what it will take to adapt it; where a platform refuses or restricts an account, that decision is theirs.
We do not promise a particular advertising result, a particular cost per conversion, or a particular revenue. The agent shows evidence and proposes actions; what it is worth depends on your account, your market and your prices.
Responsibility
We are liable for the work we do, up to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You are responsible for the content you advertise and for the accounts you give us access to, including that you are entitled to give that access.
Confidentiality
Anything we see inside your account or your documents stays between us, and we do not use one customer’s data to serve another. Deployments are separate by design, not by policy.
Ending it
Either side can stop a project in writing. Work completed to that point is invoiced; work not started is not. Maintenance ends at the end of the month it is cancelled in.
Law
Slovenian law applies, and the courts of Ljubljana have jurisdiction. If we can settle a disagreement over a phone call instead, we would rather do that.
